Please read them before You buy. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase a Ticket and do not attend the Event.

Definitions

  • Ticketing Platform means the third-party service through which a Ticket is sold, including DICE, Posh, Eventbrite and Resident Advisor.
  • Venue means the physical location at which an Event takes place.
  • Country refers to: California, United States.
  • You means the individual purchasing a Ticket, holding a Ticket, or attending an Event.

Tickets and Purchase

A Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event for which it was issued. It is not a property right and grants no right to any particular space, table, seat or view.

Tickets are sold through a Ticketing Platform. Your purchase is also subject to that platform's own terms, and the price You pay may include service fees charged by that platform in addition to the face value set by the Company.

The Company may limit the number of Tickets per person and may cancel any order that it reasonably believes was placed in violation of these Terms, including orders placed using automated means, fraudulent payment, or for the purpose of unauthorized resale.

Tickets obtained from any source other than the Company or an authorized Ticketing Platform may be invalid, and We are not responsible for Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or credits, except where required by law or as expressly provided in the "Cancellation and Postponement" section below.

This includes, without limitation, circumstances in which You are unable to attend, You arrive after the Event has reached capacity or after last entry, You are denied entry or removed from the Event under these Terms, You do not enjoy the Event, or a particular artist, performance, feature or amenity is changed or does not appear.

Service fees charged by a Ticketing Platform are non-refundable in all cases.

Entry Requirements

Entry to an Event is subject to all of the following:

  • Valid identification. You must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID matching the age requirement for the Event. Photocopies and photographs of an ID are not accepted.
  • Age requirement. Most Events are 21 and over. The age requirement for each Event is stated on its listing and is set by the Venue and applicable law. A Ticket does not guarantee entry if You do not meet it.
  • Dress code. Where a Venue enforces a dress code, entry is subject to it.
  • Security screening. You and Your belongings may be searched as a condition of entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated.
  • Capacity and last entry. Entry is subject to the Venue's legal capacity at the time You arrive, and to any last entry time stated on the Event listing. A Ticket does not guarantee entry once capacity has been reached.
  • Venue rules. The Venue's own house rules, policies and decisions regarding entry apply in addition to these Terms.

The Company and the Venue reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion, including where a person appears intoxicated, is behaving unsafely, or is in breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Event

Lineup, set times, running order, supporting artists, room assignments, Venue, format, production elements, performances and other Event details are subject to change without notice and without refund.

Events are advertised on the basis of the artists and features expected at the time of publication. The appearance of any particular artist is not guaranteed, and a change to or absence of any artist, performer or amenity is not grounds for a refund.

Where an Event is billed as a tribute or themed night celebrating the music of named artists, those artists are not performing at and are not affiliated with the Event.

Cancellation and Postponement

If an Event is cancelled in full by the Company and not rescheduled, You will be offered a refund of the face value of Your Ticket. Service fees charged by a Ticketing Platform are non-refundable.

If an Event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated or materially changed in format, Your Ticket will be honored for the rescheduled or relocated Event. Refunds in those circumstances are at the Company's discretion.

Refunds, where offered, are processed through the Ticketing Platform used for the original purchase and to the original method of payment.

Tables, Bottle Service and Reservations

A table reservation secures a reserved space for the stated number of guests for the night of the Event, together with any inclusions stated on the Ticket listing. It is a reservation fee, not a deposit, and it is not redeemable for cash or credit.

All guests in a table party remain subject to the entry requirements above, including valid ID and the age requirement. Specific table locations are assigned by the Venue and are not guaranteed.

Bottle selections are subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable product. Alcohol service is at the sole discretion of the Venue and its staff, and is subject to all applicable law.

Multi-Room and Combination Tickets

Where the Company offers a combination or multi-room pass covering more than one Event or room, that pass admits one person to each participating Event, subject to the capacity and entry requirements of each Venue at the time of arrival.

A standard general admission Ticket admits You only to the Event for which it was purchased and does not include entry to any other Event, room or Venue unless the Ticket listing expressly says so.

Guest List and Complimentary Entry

Guest list and complimentary entry are offered at the Company's discretion, are subject to capacity, and may be subject to a cut-off time stated at the time they are offered. They carry no cash value and are not guaranteed.

Transfer and Resale

Tickets may be transferred only where the Ticketing Platform provides a transfer function, and only through that function.

Tickets may not be resold above face value, offered as part of a package, or used for advertising, promotion, competitions or other commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent. Tickets resold or transferred in breach of these Terms may be voided without refund.

Lost, Stolen or Duplicated Tickets

Tickets are issued digitally through the Ticketing Platform and are accessible from Your account with that platform. The Company is not able to replace Tickets outside of that platform.

Where a Ticket is presented more than once, only the first presentation will be admitted.

Conduct and Ejection

You agree to comply with all Venue rules, the instructions of Event and Venue staff, and all applicable law while at an Event.

The Company and the Venue may remove any person whose conduct is unlawful, unsafe, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive to other guests, staff or performers. Removal under this section is without refund.

Photography and Recording

Events are photographed and recorded. By entering an Event, You consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and You grant the Company the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and publish that footage and those images in any media for the purpose of documenting and promoting its Events, without further notice, approval or compensation.

If You do not wish to be recorded, please tell a member of Event staff on arrival.

Professional cameras and recording equipment may be prohibited at the discretion of the Company or the Venue.

Assumption of Risk

You attend an Event at Your own risk. Events involve exposure to loud music, amplified sound, crowds, lighting effects which may include strobe, haze or fog, and other conditions inherent to live music events.

Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage. Hearing protection is recommended. If You have a medical condition that may be affected by any of these conditions, including photosensitive epilepsy, please consider this carefully before attending.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If You believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact Us first using the details below. We will respond and work to resolve it.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a Ticket that was delivered in accordance with these Terms is a breach of these Terms. The Company may void the associated Tickets, deny entry, and decline to sell to You in the future, and We may present these Terms and Your purchase records to the payment provider in response.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to You arising out of or relating to a Ticket or an Event is limited to the face value of the Ticket You purchased.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with attending an Event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or an Event will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date below. The Terms in effect at the time of Your purchase apply to that purchase.
